Steven Fordham is one of Australia’s most respected Indigenous business leaders. As the CEO of Native Cloud Solutions, Steven brings his powerful blend of community leadership, entrepreneurial drive, and commercial execution to the world of ESG, procurement, and Indigenous employment.

He is best known as the Founder and Managing Director of Blackrock Industries—an award-winning Indigenous business providing mining, civil and rehabilitation services across NSW and beyond. Under his leadership, Blackrock has grown into a respected national operator and a benchmark in Indigenous employment and reintegration initiatives.

At Native Cloud Solutions, Steven brings that same passion and purpose to the digital and technology space.
